When you create an account, the Service scans the pages of your site and builds an assistant that answers only from that content plus the notes you add in the dashboard - not from the open internet. It also reads the visible text of the page the visitor is currently on, so answers match what is on screen. Can the assistant click buttons or fill forms for my visitors? No, by design. The concierge highlights the element to click and explains the step, but the click always belongs to the visitor. The concierge runs on your visitors' screens, so the data rules are not fine print - they are the product. A deleted account is recoverable for 90 days, then purged. Security audit records are kept 24 months. Card details never reach our servers - we store only a payment reference and your invoice history. ### The assistant never acts It highlights where to click; the visitor clicks.
